The term 'fashion' refers to a dominant form of expression. Though the term 'fashion' can apply to a wide range of fields, many people associate fashion with clothing. The term 'fashion' usually has a positive meaning and is frequently associated with the concepts of style and glamour.
As far as clothes are concerned, how can we determine what is fashionable what is unfashionable? The idea of fashion today refers mostly to high-heeled shoes, handbags, sports suits, designer jeans and ripped jeans.
Jeans are the choice for many people, as they are easy to suit, practical and comfortable. Although most of the jeans are made from denim material, they may also come in a variety of other fabrics. Jeans are most popular among teenagers but they are now gaining popularity with other age categories as well.
When people think of jeans, they think of a casual way of dressing. There is a wide variety of choice for color and style. Nowadays jeans come in so many colors and styles that it is virtually impossible not to find at least one pair of jeans that will perfectly suit you. But jeans don't vary on color and style alone, there are also various types of jeans according to the fits. The jeans fits can be from straight or loose to slim, baggy or skinny, from high-waisted to super low-waisted.
One thing's for certain, jeans will never be unfashionable. A certain style will always be developed to keep up with the latest trends in fashion. So, if you want to be fashionable, but also comfortable, a pair of jeans is a safe option.

My Baby Jeans Have Come A Long Way!
Jeans have come a long way since they were first worn, from the first pairs of non-riveted jeans whose back pockets would rip apart after a few weeks, to the modern jeans of today offering a sleek, fashionable look and a quality material and stitching at the same time. They have long gone beyond the traditional "blue cowboy pants" type and now we can notice a trend to use denim in many other areas such as overalls, shorts, dresses, skirts,
jackets or capris.
The jeans market is flooded with all sorts of models from different of brands ranging on an extremely wide array of prices. It's often quite difficult to select what's best for you in regards to quality and fashion.
The "designer jeans" trend began in the late 70s, with the Nakash brothers launching their line of Jordache jeans. It was the first time in history that a jeans model would literally begin a fashion trend following its release and the Jordache line represented the birth certificate for a future marketing formula. After witnessing the fortunate hit of the Nakash brothers in 1978, many other designers tried to take up their trend-breaking formula and created models of their own, intended to shock and change the fashion of the time.
The designer jeans are mostly hand stitched and can sometimes have engravings or diamond insertions. The usual price for a pair of designer jeans can range from $100 to $500, depending on the quality of the material used and the designer brand. In some cases, jeans can go beyond this sum, especially if they have a lot of engravings and are riddled in precious rocks.
There are hundreds of jean companies but most don't compare to the top designer jeans for their fit and style.

Jeans - Classic, Comfortable, And Rock 'N Roll Looks
Jeans are a staple for most people, but let's not get stuck in the same old tee - looking like it's the weekend and we're cleaning out the garage. You bring your jeans up a notch with a pretty, sophisticated top and fun, feminine shoes.
The freshest way to wear jeans is when they are tailor-made for you. When you find that prefect fitting pair, purchase two - then you will always have a good pair over a longer time span.
For a Classic Look, find your most chicly fitting straight-leg or boot cut deep-hued pair of jeans. Wear a short blazer in a wonderful color over a pretty blouse or a camisole, jewelry and great shoes - flats, wedges or heels to add class.
For a Comfortable Look, wear a looser or wide-leg jean in a lighter color and add a zing of color in a windbreaker and a striped blouse or tank. A suede wedge with cork heels and a nylon or straw tote look stylish without being too dressy.
For the Rock 'n Roll Attitude, choose dark jeans and layer with a vest over a print tee. Add some humor by wearing retro shades. Adding patent leather flats or silver slingbacks and a shiny silver belt buckle makes a statement strike the right chord.
For the Trendy and those with a shapely figure or trim body, skinny jeans show off your leg shape. A fuller, delicate or drapey feminine top, halter neck top or a lace-trimmed camisole counters the slim silhouette. Good choice for a shoe are coquettish ankle strap heel or stilettos.

Today's Jeans
No matter if you are plus size, petite, tall or average, it's tough to find the perfect pair of jeans. There are just too many styles to select from. By keeping in mind some of these tips, you can find that perfect pair of jeans.
It's imperative to choose the type of shoes you'll be sporting before deciding on which pair of jeans to wear. This is because the heel will normally determine how your jean will fall or lay to the ground.
Remember that most jeans are not pre-shrunk when you purchase them, so make certain you allow for a bit of shrinkage.
Low-rise jeans sit low on the waist and it would provide the perfect opportunity to show off those abs!
Jeans in dark shades are the ideal jeans for a night out.
Not all jeans suit all body types, so keep in mind your body type and jean style when selecting jeans.
Full-figured body types should opt for traditional five-pocket style jeans that aren't too snug. A boot-cut jean will help to balance your figure and make your legs appear longer and always select jeans in a darker shade.
Slimmer body types look fabulous in jeans with a slight flare at the leg opening, low-rise and pocket jeans are also good choices.
Athletic types have narrow hips and athletic legs, boot-cut jeans are flattering as well as low-rise jeans.
Today's jeans are not for just wearing around the house, designer jeans are versatile and trendy and can be easily transformed from daytime to evening wear.
